APC is the concluding step for a professional to become a MRICS. There are 22 -sector pathways to the MRICS, however we are focusing on Quantity Surveying and Construction, Project Management & Facilities management pathways. Our intensive 12- week special modular training offers expert guidance throughout your MRICS journey.
We offer a holistic training, so that aspirants understand the requirement of the APC process, ultimately develop crucial knowledge & presentation skills in the short span of time.

Delivery
Our course begins with a free assessment of your CV. Upon the payment, we will provide you a counsellor who will give you live online counselling, through your preparation for the APC. We will conduct total 12, blend of collective and individual sessions on weekends. Your counsellor will be an MRICS themselves with experience and expertise in mentoring/coaching professionals for the APC. Lectures will be conducted on the MS teams platform, for which a link will be shared every week. We will help you prepare for your MRICS Final Assessment. This will include a basic assessment of your readiness, a step-by-step walk-through of the APC interview and key tips. Prepare you to walk into the interview room ready to tell the RICS why you deserve to be a member.

The course is designed for APC aspirants with construction project management & quantity surveying pathways. Construction Professionals such as Site Engineers, Planning engineers, Project engineers, Project Managers, Contract Managers, Commercial Managers, Quantity surveyors, Billing engineers
Pedagogy
APC is a three-month program, offered through an online distance learning mode. We will conduct 12 lectures on weekend preferable Fridays/Saturdays. We adopt a case study-based approach will show some sample cases studies. We make the participants to present their case studies during the sessions and feedback is given by counsellors. Participants are required to finish & submit the case study for the counsellor’s final feedback.
Duration – 12 weeks
Admission Process
Candidates are required to submit their CV for evaluation. Eligibility will be checked by our counsellors. Once you are eligible, you are required to make the payment of the course fees. On successful submission and payment, you will receive a mail from us mentioning the status of your application. Fees are payable via Net banking/ Google pay/ Demand draft.
