Forensic Delay Analysis & Schedule Crashing
Overview
Delay means loss of profit and/ or risk of facing hefty, liquidated damages. In absence of proper analysis and documentation, the contractor may lose grounds for delay claim, though the delay is due to the sole responsibility of the other parties involved. This intensive modular programme enables delegates to understand types of delays, causes, and what are the methods employed in Delay Analysis. We will use case study approach to discuss the concepts, processes and techniques that are key to understanding the root causes of project schedule delays.
