FIDIC can be used in all types of construction projects such as Infrastructure, real estate projects, high rise buildings, factories & roads. FIDIC is one of the oldest & most used form of contracts in the world. They are recognised and used across all jurisdictions, whether it’s America, Europe, Asia, Africa & Midleast.

This course is aimed at explaining & illustrating the use of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (the “Construction Contract”) and the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Design Contract”). This modular training offers practical assistance to those working with the FIDIC Contract Conditions in the management of claims and achieving resolution to claims. It is applicable to all the parties involved within a FIDIC Contract – the Employer, the Contractor & the Engineer. After the completion of this course, participants will be equipped with the professional understanding of the responsibilities and rights of the Parties under a FIDIC contract and the procedures to manage claims, the resolution of claims will be achieved more successfully.  This course will help participants to develop basic concepts, who have limited or no exposure to FIDIC philosophy. This course will develop application of skills by using practical cases for professionals who have exposure to the FIDIC philosophy.
